by the terms of this agreement, and you agree to continue to be
bound by this agreement as it may be changed in the future.

Endeavors LLC. Pacifica Endeavors LLC and its owners and any of its
employees are not liable for any errors on the site, and are not
liable for any communications or interactions between a listing
applicant or any user of the site.
The Quality Consultant Directory web site operated by Pacifica
Endeavors LLC acts as a venue for quality consultants and relevant software
companies to connect with potential customers. Pacifica Endeavors
LLC is not involved in any actual transactions between buyers and
sellers. Those who wish to place a listing on the Quality Consultant
Directory web site or wish to contact someone using the information
provided on the Quality Consultant Directory web site do so at their
own risk. Should you have any disputes among one or more users you
agree to release Pacifica Endeavors LLC, its owners and any
employees, from any claims or damages.
By applying for a listing and having a listing on the Quality
Consultant Directory web site, you state that you are legally
entitled to do so and that you are legally certified to perform the
services you claim. It is the responsibility of the listing
advertiser to maintain all requirements according to any laws.
Pacifica Endeavors LLC cannot and does not confirm each user's or
listing advertiser's identity or qualifications. Pacifica Endeavors
LLC is not responsible for the claims made in listings or for the
content of any communication sent by any user of this site.
Pacifica Endeavors LLC does not warrant that the Quality Consultant
Directory web site will operate without error or that any pages or
its server are free of computer viruses or other harmful devices.
Pacifica Endeavors LLC is not responsible for your ability or
inability to use the Quality Consultant Directory web site and is
not responsible for any lost profits or damages resulting from your
use or inability to use the site.
Pacifica Endeavors LLC makes no claims that this web site may be
lawfully viewed or used outside the USA.
Any disputes arising or relating to this Terms of Use agreement
shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pacifica Endeavors
LLC and its owners and any of its employees from and against claims,
actions or demands, including without any limitation any legal or
accounting fees, made by any third party alleging or resulting from
your use of the materials on this site or your breach of the Terms
of Use.
Reserved Rights
Pacifica Endeavors LLC reserves the right to:
-Reject any listing application at its discretion. Only funds
received for rejected applications will be refunded.
-Remove any listing from the site which has been found to display
inaccurate information or for which complaints have been received
which the lister refuses to acknowledge or reply to.
-Remove any listing at the end of a subscription period for which
payment has not been received within 10 days.
-Refuse renewing any listing.
Payment Terms
• Pacifica Endeavors LLC accepts payments via PayPal processing.
• We also accept payments by mail via cashier's check, company check
or money order.
• To help you maintain your listing placement, your listing will
automatically renew for you each year at the stated rate. You can
cancel at anytime.
•Money Back Guarantee: If after signing up for a listing for
the first time you decide you want to cancel your listing, please
notify us at the email address below within 30 days and request a
payment refund. We will gladly refund your payment, less any PayPal
processing fees.
• Listings may be cancelled at any time. To cancel your listing,
simply send an email with your complete contact information to
stating you wish to cancel using the email address you provided
during sign up. To cancel your listing by mail use company
stationary and mail your request to: Pacifica Endeavors LLC, 28414
Stillwater Drive, Menifee, CA 92584.
• Listings are only accepted for consultants or companies located in
the USA or Canada paying with USD.
• If your listing is not approved by us for some reason, your
payment will be refunded. Other payments received are non-refundable
after 30 days.
• If payment for a listing is not received within 10 days of renewal
date the listing will be cancelled and removed from the site. An
attempt will be made to contact the owner of the listing before
cancellation is made.
